DR. CROWN H. HOFFMAN

Hoffman joined the staff at Keith Clinic of Chiropractic – West in
January 2006. Prior to joining the wonderful staff at Keith Clinic, Dr. Hoffman
attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO where he graduated
with his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree in 2005. While matriculating at Logan,
he also received a Bachelor Degree in Human Biology, served as a teaching
assistant for the Radiology Department, and was chosen as a Red Badge student
clinic consultant. In addition to the required curriculum, Dr. Hoffman sought
out extensive training in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture for which he received
a certification. He also received training in Graston Technique, shoulder
rehabilitation, core stability training, and various soft tissue modalities.
Dr. Hoffman’s undergraduate studies were at Lenoir-Rhyne College in Hickory, NC where he studied Biology, music composition and theory, and trumpet performance. While attending Lenoir-Rhyne, he was selected to participate in the Broyhill Leadership Institute, and conducted/presented extensive research into bacterial resistance associated with the use of common antibacterial soap products. He graduated cum laud with a Bachelor Degree in Biology from Lenoir-Rhyne.
When not treating patients at Keith Clinic–West, Dr. Hoffman enjoys hiking, camping, fishing, traveling, cooking, exotic foods, and spending time with his wife, Dr. Katherine Hoffman of Keith Clinic–East. Dr. Hoffman and his wife, Dr. Kate, are active members of Lutheran Chapel Church in Gastonia, NC. Dr. Hoffman also enjoys spending time with his family and friends in Gaston County where he resides.
Techniques Employed: Diversified, Gonstead, Motion Palpation, SOT, COX Flexion-Distraction, Logan Basic, Core Stability Training, soft tissue manipulation/mobilization, ergonomic consultation, and acupuncture.
