Dr. Michael Estramonte
Following undergraduate schooling at Oswego State University whereby he majored in Biochemistry he was accepted at New York Chiropractic College in Seneca Falls, New York.
While in Chiropractic School Dr. Estramonte excelled scholastically, graduating with a 3.9 GPA, Summa Cum Laude honors, and inducted into the Phi Chi Omega Honor Society. He served as a teaching assistant for core curriculum courses at the college such as biochemistry, neurology, anatomy, x-ray diagnostics, and taught review courses for National Board Exams.
Following graduation, Dr. Estramonte was offered a position to join the Chiropractic Physicians at the Keith Clinic in Charlotte. From the year 2000 to 2002 he practiced alongside Dr. Fletcher Keith and Dr. Tom Brown gaining valuable knowledge as to how to treat patients in private practice. In 2002 he opened Keith Clinic at Sugar Creek where he practiced until 2011.
In 2011 Dr. Estramonte assumed ownership of three Keith Clinics in Charlotte and actively practices out of the Central Avenue office.
Dr. Estramonte, A Charlotte Chiropractor, is currently the President of the North Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners which is a Governor appointed position. In addition to serving as President of the Chiropractic licensing board he has served as President of the North Carolina Chiropractic Association (NCCA).
Further distinguished himself he has received the NCCA’s President’s Award, Member of the Year Award, and the 2012 Doctor of the Year Award.
The focus of the practices is injury care, prevention, and nutrition.
Dr. Estramonte resides in the Plaza-Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte with his wife Karen and two little boys Evan and AJ.
When not at the office Dr. Estramonte enjoys projects in his backyard, watching football with his boys, and travelling to new places.
