DR. LEMUEL BYRD
Doctor
Byrd is from Rockingham, NC. His undergraduate studies were at Sandhills
Community College (Southern Pines, NC) and Pembroke State University (Pembroke,
NC) majoring in Pre-med. He attended National College of Chiropractic in
Lombard, Illinois, outside of Chicago, where he received a Bachelor of Science
in Human Biology in December of 1977 and graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic
degree in April 1980.
Dr. Byrd joined the staff of Keith Clinic of Chiropractic in August 1980. He has continued his post-graduate education by taking various seminars such as Chiropractic orthopedics, radiology, physiologic therapeutics, neurology, physical and laboratory diagnosis, nutrition and acupuncture. He has also added a post-graduate certification in Chiropractic spinal trauma.
Recently, Dr. Byrd has been selected as an honored member of the Heritage Registry of Who's Who (2005-2006 edition).
Dr. Byrd resides in the northwest Charlotte area with his wife, Karla. He has two daughters and two grandchildren. When not busy taking care of his patients, Dr. Byrd enjoys spending time with his family, and reading/studying North and South Carolina history.
